The hotel offered an affordable price for my xmas stay, and the rooms were nicely decorated for the holidays. The location was very convenient, close to shopping and dining options. the staff was friendly and courteous, creating a welcoming environment.
The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. The first day I had hot water, but the next day it was lukewarm.

Flexible and friendly staff, great value for money, centrally located, variety for breakfast, recently renovated and clean rooms.
Could not be improved in any way.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Arkhangelsk! The location was perfect - within walking distance to the city centre and the Malye Karely outdoor museum, and only a few minutes away from the river. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the breakfast each morning.
Nothing for us.

Great Location and Clean Rooms
Had a weekend stay in a hotel in a Russian city, where there isn't much choice. The hotel boasts a great location, close to shops and eateries. Rooms were nice and clean, just what you need for a short stay. The supermarket next door and the free internet were a plus.
The rooms are in dire need of a refresh, looking like they have not been updated for quite some time. it was a below-average experience for the price.

The hotel is centrally located, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. It is also conveniently close to the Malye Karely outdoor museum, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities and good views of the city.
The breakfast could be better, with limited options and poor quality food.
